The Conversation Women’s Initiative and Symposium at Molloy College is committed to leadership development for women and to hosting conversations that will inspire and explore various issues. On Oct. 13, 2021, the Conversation hosted a symposium titled “High Performance Leadership in ‘Dynamic’ Times”. The featured speaker for the event was Deb Inginio, CEO of Strength Leader Development.

“Molloy College is pleased to provide attendees with an opportunity to build relationships with one another through this keynote, discussion and networking experience,” said Director of Corporate Relations at Molloy College, Cynthia Costanzo Metzger. “Post event follow up and social media presence will continue to foster courageous conversations that will inspire as we continue to explore issues of local, regional, and global importance.”

The speaker, Ms. Ingino, is a highly sought-after executive mentor, consultant and speaker worldwide, she is well versed in business operations and in the importance of culture and engagement. She brings deep experience in leadership development, strategy, high performance team building, global operations, brand management, and training to her work. She is passionate about leading people to discover and maximize their strengths as well as those of fellow team members, while offering advanced strategies to achieve high performance.

Ms. Inginio shepherded more than 1,000 global team members through training in seven languages. She was recognized in 2008 and 2010 by the Long Island Business News as one of the “50 Most Influential Women in Business.” Building on that success, she became a founding partner with her mentor, the renowned leadership expert John C. Maxwell. She is now a certified coach, speaker and trainer on Maxwell’s global team. With a trademark direct yet relatable style, she shares practical steps and helps business leaders dig deep to find, develop and leverage their strengths and to move into the fullness of their own potential.

Allison Haunss, an Emmy award winning journalist and the Creator/Host and Executive Producer of The Working Woman Report acted as the moderator during the discussion portion of the event. Attendees were also provided opportunities for networking during the afternoon.
